The Tidegate engine reads structured records, unstructured clinical notes, and embedded documents, then maps what it finds to a purpose-built ontology spanning health, payment, and public-sector data. Paired with engineers who deploy it in your environment and a network of independent experts who review the results, it turns raw data into data you can stand behind.

The Tidegate engine is built around the regimes that govern health data in the United States, including HIPAA de-identification, 42 CFR Part 2, Medicaid confidentiality requirements, PCI DSS and GLBA. Every finding carries the rules mapped to it.
