This policy covers this website only. We collect what you send us through this website. We do not sell personal information. The Tidegate engine runs in our customers’ own environments. Tidegate does not store customer records outside them. Where Tidegate engineers access customer records, they do so inside the customer’s environment under a written agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement whenever PHI is involved. Any health records processed are governed by our agreements with those customers, not by this policy.
